For Fun: Any Advice on My Pedaling?

When I was bored the other day I thought, "I always do these little pedaling drills. I think my pedaling is improving, but what does it look like?" I like to watch the pros pedaling to see what their pedaling looks like because I know they take advantage of the full circular stroke. Now I'm looking at mine to see how it compares.

If anyone has any advice, give me a comment of what you think I should do differently. I know it is ridiculous and a little hard to critique a pedal stroke from a video clip, but I thought I would put it up there just for fun.

By the way, don't watch the whole thing! You will be bored and wonder why you are wasting your time. I didn't know how to edit the length of it on the computer.

More exciting blogs to come!

It looks pretty good to me. Not that I'm an expert.

Well, you really need to clean up your room. Another person with ghetto carpet in their house. What is that picture on the wall? You need two bottles on the trainer? You can stop and get more water you know. Is that pile of stuff in the back your bed??????? Can I have your other set of wheels, your not using them? You do have a nice trainer; however, your shoes do look worn out. You need better music. You do not look like you are trying very hard on that set. However, one thing about your house is they do let you turn on the lights, unlike some others who post videos on their blog *cough* *cough* *cough* :). Are you riding on a sleeping bag or just a pile of rags? What is in your stack of books in the background in front of the bed? Yeah, you for sure look like you have your trainer on an easy setting :)… ok bye

It is pretty hard to tell what is going on in that clip...but I do like the picture of your arm after that fateful crash...ps, are you going on spring break this year?

Looks pro. Pedal stroke is key in my opinion. When you're on the road and you're suffering, focus on your pedal stroke and your body position and you'll instantly suffer a lot less.
